Jeremiah has over ten years experience in the HVAC and Building Automation industries. Jeremiah’s experience includes Business Development, Sales, Estimating and Project Management in both construction and service. He has worked very closely over the past ten years with owners, contractors and design engineers on the system design, implementation and integration of complex building systems in his roles as Business Development Manager for Automated Building Systems and Consulting Engineer/ Business Development Manager for Siemens Building Technologies. Jeremiah is recognized in business as being a very innovative and talented industry leader and expert in his field. His career includes many large and complex sales and implementation such as the JFK Library Renovation, Skanska’s 150 Second St Pharmaceutical Building, Northeastern Universities Egan Science Center Retro-Commissioning Project and a campus Utility Metering System at Boston College. Jeremiah graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and since received his Leadership in Energy Environmental Design accreditation (LEED AP) and Certificate in Management from Northeastern Universities Graduate School of Business Administrations in 2009.

Brendan is a Partner at Zenergy Building Technologies and brings over ten years of HVAC and Building Automation experience to the team. At Zenergy Brendan is responsible for the system engineering and programming/integration group. His role has progressively increasing responsibilities with the engineering, programming, start-up, commissioning and service of the different Building Automation Systems provided by Zenergy. Since graduating Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Facility and Environmental Engineering he has honed his skills by working three years with Trane Inc. on not only building automation but also troubleshooting HVAC equipment and installations. From Trane, Brendan went to work at Automated Building Systems where his role in the business expanded from system technician and programmer to more of an integration specialist and high level programmer with knowledge of controls, networking and database management. Over the past seven years, Brendan has earned the reputation as a relentless worker and building technology problem solver for his customers. He has an extensive knowledge of Automation systems protocols such as BACnet, Lon, and Modbus and in 2013 he received his Certification on the Tridium Niagara AX product.
